The Rules [Read Before Posting]

All posts made should obey the rules posted below. There is no exception. Some forums have their own specific rules, which must be followed AS WELL AS the ones noted here.
Any posts that violate one or more rules will be deleted. Moderators do not have to give a warning, and may if they feel it neccesary to issue an immediate ban. In most cases, this will only last a short amount of time (a few days or weeks), but in more severe cases a permanent, IP ban will be put in place.
If you come across a post that breaks any rule, please report it right away. If you are not a moderator, do not act like one; do not tell users they have broken a rule, or they may try and change their post so that moderators have a hard time proving it.

• No Spamming - Posts must be on-topic and more than ten words in length.
  
• No Flaming - Posts must not contain an excessive amount of swearing. Posts must not be too insulting.
  
• No Trolling - Posts must not be made to cause people to flame you.
  
• No Double Posting - Posting twice in a thread without at least one post between is against the rules, unless you are the author of the thread and it has gotten to the third page. *
  
• No Bumping Dead Threads - If a thread is months old and is no longer used by the author, don't post in it.
  
• No Advertising - No creating threads to advertise your website, or anybody elses. You may contain links to websites in your signature though.
  
• Give Warning Of Adult Content - If your post, or a link you're posting, contains adult content, please say so. Posts may not themselves contain adult-orientated images, but links are allowed if there is sufficient warning.
  
• No Promoting of Illegal Practises - Do not post about anything that promotes illegal activity. This includes, but is not limited to, the use of ROMs.
  
• Speak In English - Pretty simple really; I speak English, so you must.
  

* People making a store for a multiplayer online (or Wi-Fi) game may wish to have "Reserved Posts". In this case, they may post multiple posts in a row. People making long guides for a game may also wish to do this.
